My Client-First PHILosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Indianapolis real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Indianapolis, Carmel, Westfield, Zionsville, Noblesville, Cicero areas, please contact me.

Marty Lande

As a native of Indianapolis, Marty was born and raised a Hoosier. He attended North Central High School where he was a member of the 2007 State Champion Tennis team, graduating in 2009.

Growing up in Indianapolis and having a father with almost 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, Marty was truly born to work in real estate. (In fact, his photo has been a part of the Atlas Group company icon since he was two years old.) This life time experience will certainly be a benefit to all the families Marty is able to work with to help find their dream homes.

Marty received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University – Bloomington in Sports Marketing and Management with two minors in Business and Marketing from the Kelly School of Business. He found a passion for traveling during his junior year when he had the opportunity to study in Rome, Italy at John Cabot University. Marty was able to travel all over Europe for five months, gaining an experience of a lifetime that he will never forget.

After graduating in 2013, Marty moved to the Windy City, Chicago, where he spent four years working for AFN and winning Employee of the Year in 2016. The next year, Marty moved back to the city he calls home to start his real estate career with RE/MAX.

Marty is married to Abbie Lande and a proud uncle of four nephews. He is an enthusiastic Pacers, Colts and Hoosiers fan. Marty enjoys playing basketball, tennis and golf and boating on the lake with family and friends.

Marty is committed to providing exceptional service and being your top advocate through any real estate needs!
